Everyone will be born into certain situations but, we all have the option to make the best out of it
. 
Life has been so fast for me the last couple of years and I couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing opportunity I have. Sometimes it doesn’t even seem real
. 
All the experiences, obstacles and hardships... I learned that nothing is given to you. Everything is out there and you have to take it for yourself
. 
Make opportunity for yourself, grind hard and achieve what you love and the satisfaction on making a positive impact is indescribable
. 
Right now I know showcasing the bulk isn’t glorious just like how the feeling of being shredded isn’t glorious . 
I know I have to commit to being uncomfortable for a few more months before I start prep to bring the shredz!

For now, I’m going to continue to enjoy what the bulk has to offer & keep documenting the transparent journey.... even the non-glorious bulking phases to stay true to what needs to be done to bring my best on stage

Il y a 1 an et demi de ça j’aurais jamais pensée devenir accro au sport 😅 Alors oui Je sais que je suis loin d’être une fitness girl et d’avoir le physique idéal mais je fais de mon mieux pour me dépasser, me surpasser et obtenir le corps que je désire pour avoir confiance en moi, parce que ne vous fiez pas aux apparences, c’est loin d’être le cas 🙄😉 .

S’entraîner c’est difficile mais ne pas aimer son corps l’est encore plus... .

Up about 6lbs since the start of the mass. Picture taken in the same spot as every other picture to keep it honest. Easier to judge progress when lighting is the same each time.

Planning to start some sort of series on how to build your own training program. Video series would cover volume, frequency, exercise selection... the whole 9. The goal would be to help you create your own program so you quit wasting money buying random programs on the internet that you get burnt out doing. Also, to let you know how I like to approach programming as a coach. Builds trust, they say 🤷‍♂️
