Mistaken beliefs to be a developer.
.
Today I will talk about common mistaken beliefs people have about developers.
.
You need a Computer Science Degree.
This is a common mistake people have. It helps! But it's not necessary for you to have to become a developer. I was working as a junior python developer after drop out of University after 1st year. (So I didn't need to finish my studies in order to become a dev)
.
You need to be a mathematical genius.
You don't need half the math stuff you think you do. As long as you understand the concept of data structures, loops, and basic algorithms. You will be fine.
.
It's an anti-social life.
You probably have been not once in a situation where you sit in a dark room in the middle of the night, staring at a screen with a bunch of code which looks like a green code from The Matrix. Yeah, this sounds like no social life but despite this, there are moments when developers are required to communicate with others, such as clients, manager, team members, random people on stack overflow. We as developers are not as anti-social night owls as people make us out to seem. Especially me and my crazy friends. When it comes to going to parties.
.
Feel free to add any of your own ideas about mistaken beliefs. Have a great day!

Having burnout. 🤯
.
Hey guys! What's up? Yes, I am having burnout right now.
I am not that satisfied with Instagram and coding like I was some time ago.
.
But I think that it is okay. Everyone comes through different stages in life.
I had that before, it is nothing new. I know that I can't give up and I have to push my limits no matter what. It is okay to relax from time to time. Noone can work all the time. I decided to go back for a regular gym workouts. Exercise is simply the best cure for all my problems. After a great training, I feel like a God. I heard that many people meditate as well. I have never tried that. .
Have you ever had burnout? What did you do to overcome it? Please let me know in comments!

Happy Monday!
.
Today I would like to share with you best libraries of #python3
Let's begin!
.
1. Requests. The most famous HTTP library. It’s a must-have for every python developer.
.
2. Scrapy. If you are involved in webscraping then this is a must have library for you. .
3. Pillow. A friendly fork of PIL (Python Imaging Library). It is more user friendly than PIL and is a must have for anyone who works with images.
.
4. SQLAlchemy. A database library. Many love it and many hate it. The choice is yours.
.
5. BeautifulSoup. I know it’s slow but this xml and html parsing library is very useful for beginners.
.
6. NumPy. How can we leave this very important library ? It provides some advance math functionalities to python.
.
7. Pygame. Which developer does not like to play games and develop them ? This library will help you achieve your goal of 2d game development.
.
8. IPython. I just can’t stress enough how useful this tool is. It is a python prompt on steroids. It has completion, history, shell capabilities, and a lot more.
.
What are your favourite libraries? Share your thoughts in comments!

Google is increasing it’s top #bugbounty reward for android to $1.5 million! For this new reward category, Google is looking for “full chain remote code execution exploit with persistence which compromises the Titan M secure element on Pixel devices”. Google are looking for an exploit that, without the attacker having physical access to the device, can execute code even after a device is reset and breaks into the dedicated security chip built into the Pixels. Reporting an exploit that fits that bill will get researchers up to $1M. If they can do it on “specific developer preview versions” of Android, meanwhile, there’s a 50% bonus reward, bumping the maximum prize up to $1.5M. Google first introduced the Titan M security chip with the Pixel 3. The chip’s job is to double checks boot conditions, verify firmware signatures, handles lock screen passcodes, and to keep malicious apps from forcing your device to roll back to “older, potentially vulnerable” builds of Android. The same chip can be found in the Pixel 4 line-up. The top reward so far this year was $161,337 for a “1-click remote code execution exploit chain on the Pixel 3 device”. Average payout, meanwhile, was about $3,800 per finding. #cybersecurity #infosec #riskmanagement #encryption #IoT #AI #dataprotection #privacy #hacking #computerscience #computerengineering #hacker #pentest #tech #datascience #code #coding #python #php #linux #java #webdev #programming #programmer #webdeveloper #digital #cloud #technology #security

⚠️New WhatsApp Exploit: A stack-based buffer overflow could be triggered in WhatsApp by sending a specially crafted MP4 file to a WhatsApp user! This could result in denial of service or even remote code execution on the infected device and risk malware being planted on an infected device, enabling eavesdrop or even a remote takeover. Facebook, who owns WhatsApp has not said whether the vulnerability was reported by a security researcher or intercepted in the wild. The issue affects the following versions of WhatsApp:
Android versions prior to 2.19.274
iOS versions prior to 2.19.100
Enterprise Client versions prior to 2.25.3
Windows Phone versions prior and including 2.18.368
Business for Android versions prior to 2.19.104
Business for iOS versions prior to 2.19.100.
All users of WhatsApp should now check to ensure they are running the latest version of the app on all their platforms, and if not they should update at the earliest opportunity. The critical risk with a Whatsapp vulnerability is the ease by which an attacker can be mounted. Using WhatsApp as the delivery channel for an infection makes for an easy attack vector as you only need a phone number.
