Honestly cold weather has it’s charms, it might feel cold outside, but all the lights make it feel warm all around 😱

PAN de 𝐂𝐔́𝐑𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐀 listo en 10minutos por 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐎 230 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐈́𝐀𝐒 + 14g de proteína SOLO el PAN sin el relleno🤩 díganme que no está perfecto?? 🥖 .

👉🏻 60g de harina integral o harina de avena.
👉🏻 2 claras de huevo.
👉🏻 1/3 taza de agua 💦.
👉🏻 cúrcuma + cebolla en hojuelas + orégano 🌿 + un sobre de edulcorante + sal marina + pizca de polvo para hornear.

👉🏻 revolver bien todos los ingredientes hasta lograr una mezcla líquida.
👉🏻 vierte la mezcla en un molde tamaño personal de silicona y lleva al AIRFRYER por 15minutos a 370g (si no tienes airfryer lo puedes hacer en el microondas 5 minutos).

⌛️una vez listo, esperar unos minutos para que se enfríe y cortarlo por la mitad para que te queden dos tapas de pan.

♨️lleva las dos tapas de nuevo a airfryer o tostadora por sólo cinco minutos para cocinar bien por dentro y queden tostadas las tapas y listo ya puedes rellenarrrr 🧀🍳.

Finally got to go back to the gym and start up my routine🙌
I’m still recovering from my operation that was last week but I just needed a workout and start feeling like myself
Recently life got extremely hectic, with some mental issues coming up, school piling up and working the hours I do I found myself slipping.
I haven’t gained anything according to the scale (surprisingly) since being away from the gym but I definitely noticed a mental toll; with my body dysmorphia getting significantly getting worse, and just the mental recovery after months of health issues hasn’t been easy.. Being back in the gym yesterday made me feel so much better, healthier and stronger and I’m beyond ready to kick ass again and get back to the point I was at ❤️.
