With the holidays coming up we tend to overeat which is completely normal. But keep in mind the key to staying lean is to prioritize your protein intake. 
For family parties I always drink a protein shake beforehand to stay full without overeating. I’ve been taking  @drjoshaxe @ancientnutrition protein

Gotta admit the only thing keeping me sane these days is gym. 
If you know me you know I got some anxiety issues but lately it’s been getting worse due to all the school work and life in general keeping me hella stressed out. S/o to gym for having my back🖤
